There are a few caveats to keep in mind. This isn’t a vegan diet (i.e. hot dogs and tuna). It’s also not gluten-free since it includes crackers and toast. The 3-day detox also isn’t low salt/carb/fat. It’s implied low-calorie.

What do health experts say? This diet can help you lose weight from the low-calories. However, 10 pounds in 3 days is highly unlikely. You’d have to drop 35,000 calories in 3 days. Plus, this detox includes no exercise program, so there’s that.
